April 30

  • Installed a trail camera to investigate what wildlife is on property.
    • Moultrie on North side near the valley

Our trail cam has been installed for several weeks now to capture the wildlife that comes through over the north side from the valley below. It is so interesting to see what comes through. So far, we have captured photos of:

  • Auodad
  • Deer
  • Hog

May 21

  • Installed five nest boxes for doves and songbirds
  • Installed one automatic corn feeder
    • Filled with 40 lbs corn
  • Left mineral/salt block on rock near feeder

June 3

  • Installed big game guzzler, 1
  • Installed hanging bird feeder, 1 (for a total of two on property)
  • Corrected type of feeder from automatic corn feeder to a gravity fed protein based feeder

June 10-12

  • Completed big game guzzler, 95% full
  • Installed two more bird houses for a total of seven on property
  • Checked deer feeder, still full
  • Checked songbird feeder, still full
  • Checked dove feeder, 60% full
