This versatile vehicle is our workhorse and he needs a new pair of shoes. Four new tires for MOG couldn’t have come soon enough. We felt the effect of him being down. He is our heavy lifter, mover & shaker, digger, rock mover and whatever else we can find for him to do. Getting these tires was no easy task. We found the most reasonable price in Virginia and had them shipped. Then we had to find a shop that would make a house call to come to the land and put them on…and that shop was Andy’s Tire out of Stephenville. They were AWESOME!
Now that we are back in business, Garn cut us a road through the “Forest of Dead Trespassers” to traverse from the “Star Dust Valley” side to the “Hollow Point” side of the property.
Backstory: When we first bought the land, each of us picked out a name for different areas. Of course, mine is “Star Dust Valley”, Garn picked “Hollow Point” and G picked “Forest of Dead Trespassers”. Kota still needs to name something.
Forgive the shaky camera somewhere in the middle of my walk. I had to brush off a biting bug! I so very much wish that the camera would pick up the “sparkle” of the sandstone ground. It is magical!
Happy to see the MOG is back in business and doing jobs it was built to do.
Prayers for success and safety in y’all’s new life adventure/journey.
Stay safe & keep an eye out for “Wild Mountain” critters.
❤️
MOG has been a game changer for us, that’s for sure and prayers are welcome!!!
As far as the Wild Mountain critters, they generally stay away from the “human activity”. I suspect that they can hear that diesel truck coming a mile away and take that as their que to vacant the premises.
