– Clearing of the Wild, Day 7, Tuesday –

9.6.22 | Today is more of the same as yesterday, more clearing on the Ridgeline. It has been A LOT of excavation work. The trees extended all the way to the edge. We are starting to run into the problem of where to put all of these trees that are being cleared. We are going to have a lot of cleanup and burning to do around the place when it is all said and done.

Sunset last night was glorious! Look at that golden light. They call it the golden hour for a reason. It was so bright that I could hardly look at it until it got a little lower towards the horizon line. There is just something special about watching the sun set from this high up. It feels as though I am at its same height in the atmosphere. It is a magical thing!!!
