My studio space has been chosen to be here on the North side of the bluffs. It will give me the most beautiful northern light, which is a painters dream.
My special rock has been placed near my studio overlooking Star Valley tucked under the shade of oak trees. I expect to have many days sitting on this rock contemplating, meditating and above all else, prayer. It will give me a special place to take breaks throughout my painting sessions.
The video below shows the excavation of the rock. As you can see, just the very tippy top was visible above ground.
